Besides of our primary focus equipment, we also engage in the trade of other tools beyond our own production still with factory price.

We strictly adhere to international and Chinese quality standards during production to ensure product quality. At the same time, we also offer customized production services. Customers only need to provide detailed production drawings or key information, such as materials, diameter, structure, and length, and we can manufacture precisely according to these requirements to ensure the products meet customer needs.

The lead time depends on our current stock status and the total quantity required. Generally, if we have the suitable tools in stock that meet the customer’s needs, it takes a maximum of 15 days. For special models or types that need to be manufactured from start to finish, the timeframe is usually around 30 to 60 days. For more complex orders, it may take approximately 60 to 90 days.

Yes, we can provide samples for all items, but a charge will apply. However, if you place a bulk order after receiving the sample, we will refund the freight charges. Please note that for larger machines or tools, we are unable to provide samples.

We offer a one-year warranty on all our products, provided they are used correctly. If you experience any product failures, please reach out to us, we provide remote assistance and will send the necessary replacement parts via courier at no charge.

  1. For larger orders, a 40% advance payment is required, with the remaining 60% due before shipment.
  2. For small orders valued at less than $5,000, we require 100% payment via T/T in advance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to send personnel overseas for high cost and language obstacles of technicians. However, if we have distributors in your area, they can provide on-site training on our behalf. Otherwise, we can offer remote online training as an alternative.

Generally, like main hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, speed reducer, and hydraulic valves, we use domestic parts instead of imported ones, while we still choose the premium quality supplier for them. If you need the imported parts such as German Reoxth, Wika, Cummins, it is ok, just price is a little higher for imported parts.

Normally, we quote FCA price till China port or place. If customer request FOB, CFR or CIF price, we’ll quote them as per request with detail QTY and destination port.
