4. Application method
When using, the exhaust nut should be opened and the quick connector should be connected to the quick connector on the matching hydraulic tools. Start the engine and wait for it to rotate for 1-2 minutes. Place the work lever in the boost state. At this time, the output hydraulic oil will perform various tasks, and the output hydraulic oil will automatically boost with the increase of load to perform various tasks until 80MPA. After the work is completed, turn off the engine and wait for the hydraulic oil to return. Remove the quick connector, tighten the air release nut, and let it cool down.

5. Maintenance precautions
1. The engine uses 20 # lubricating oil.
2. The oil storage capacity must be within the range above the oil window.
3. Every time adding refueling or changing oil, it is necessary to filter it with an 80 mesh or higher oil filter, and the oil tank must be cleaned before replacement. The oil change period is six months.
4. The working oil temperature ranges from 10 degrees Celsius to 55 degrees Celsius.
5. Before starting the engine, open the ventilation nut and place the switch in the unloading position.
6. If the engine temperature is found to be too high during use, it should be stopped. Cool it down before use.
7. The pump has been adjusted before leaving the factory and should not be raised arbitrarily. When it needs to be readjusted, a pressure gauge must be used.
8. The high-pressure oil pipe has passed the 105MPA high-pressure test before leaving the factory. However, due to the easy aging of hydraulic oil pipes, users need to check them regularly, usually for six months and frequently for three months. During the inspection, a pressure test of 87.5MPA is used. If there are any damages, protrusions, leaks, etc., they cannot be used.
9. Bearings are usually cleaned once every six months, and lubricating grease needs to be added during assembly.
